Our acquisition focus is to acquire assets in transit-oriented or walkable locations.  We invest our efforts in communities with a  30% + concentration of renters, eviction rates over 5% and poverty rates at 10% or greater. We acquire properties directly or work in partnership with principals, owners, The Cooperative and other real estate professionals

Using direct investments from impact investors, we acquire properties in areas where we can preserve its affordability, improve its economic and environmental performance, and enhance the lives of its residents. We look to add entry level workforce housing stock to the market to create positive community impact. We acquire properties directly or work in joint venture with local partners who share our vision of responsible investment.
