Methodology + Purpose
We acquire properties in areas where we can preserve affordability, improve its economic/environmental performance, and enhance the lives of residents. We look to add entry-level workforce housing stock to the market to create a positive community impact. We acquire properties directly or work in joint ventures with local partners who share our vision of responsible investment.
We invest our efforts in communities with a 30% + concentration of renters, eviction rates over 5%, and poverty rates at 10% or greater.
